I was born and raised in Germany. My background is in optics and electronics. My early experience was in the sales and marketing of high-tech instruments and high-speed machining equipment.  The biggest challenge I faced was showing potential clients how our product was superior to their current technology. That's how my interest in visual communication developed.  We all know that a picture speaks a thousand words. But if the message sent is the wrong one, a picture can do more harm than good. Today, I combine my expertise in lighting and composition with my passion for effective visual communication to craft business portraits designed to reach the specific target markets of my clients.
